Hi I want to buy a phone below 10k and I am having choice of canvas2 and iball andi 4.5q please anyone suggest me the best phone in this range

I don't know why ppl are mad for this device:-?. Here in mumbai dealers are quoting their prices for this phone. No dealer is selling below 12k.

Consider Nokia Lumia 520 if this is your first smartphone. The number of windows phone apps will rise in future but I doubt about free app/games like android.

For androids.....
Consider Lenovo A800 around 10k or less if you can live with ICS. It can play almost all games [Dualcore cortex A9 CPU]

Huawei Ascend Y300 @7.2k in offer from homeshop18 or indiatimes if you want to spend less. Actual online price 7980 INR
Also do check Huawei G510 around 10k

I would suggest you increase your budget slightly and get the Samsung S Advance. HS18 has it for upcoming superdeal sale. It should be on sale tomorrow, so pricing is not yet known. But 2k above budget is worth it in this case. Go for it.

EDIT:
Checked today, After discount comes to 12.5k. Good price
