I Used Software to Change Mp IP I Failed!! Please Help ME

I uses Bsnl Gprl On My Pc some Times, I want to Change My IP..
I Uses the Software "DHCP IP FORCER", I found this Software on The Net..

Please Check The Attachment : Please tell Me How to Use It!!

for this to work you need to have a working IP (i.e. you cannot just use some random ip)

also I'm not sure whether this will work with dynamic IP connections....

and are you using vista ??

one thing ip changer are only used if u have static ip

Check your ip is dynamic or static before using such softwares.
