i m getting only 10 kbps speed

plz Help....
i m getting speeds of only 10kbps (2kbps download speed ) on my reliance phone LSP 340e
i loaded Linux SUSe 9.1 personal from digit DVD .... n
following are the commands with which i connected to the net ..

my download is slow

my downloads thru linux r very slow as compared to that windows XP

if a files takes 5 minutes to download in XP it takes more than double the time in SuSe 9.1

whats the problem??

But I always get good speeds, better than in Windows while in Linux.
