X850 and 7600GT are both mid range now and I will probably take a 7600GT even if the former is equally priced.

Todays Mid range> Prevous high end

I would prefer a 128mb geforce 6600GT > Radeon 9800XT 256mb

Point! There are many people who just register, post the odd query or something and then just disappear. Anyway, there are some other people who do benefit from the replies.
