I get Power Calibration Fail

I have ASUS DRW 1608P with latest firmware update. but recently wlihe trying to burn cds/dvds i get power calibration fail message when i try to burn through nero. i tried with other burning software still the issue is the same.... please help

Maybe write at lower speed and see, this is exactly what happened to my SAMSUNG writer, just lowered the writing speed and it works fine.
