Hw can I enable AGP VGA on my pc?

My motherboard is KOB 650GL NDSMx.Chipset is SIS 650GL(North.b) ,Sis 962L(South.b).I want to install an AGP card to it.I put an AGP card to the slot & connected the monitor cable to it,bt the signal dnt cum to it.Bt when i connected M. cable to my on-board vga port while the pc is on,monitor works smoothly.There are no settings that
I can find in the BIOS to enable the AGP card.Can someone help me??

(There is no switch on the AGP slot to enable the AGP card)

(My PC is P4 1.8GHz,234MB Ram,80GB HDD.)

Will I be able to resolve this problem by updating my bios?Can anyone help me to find an update for my bios?

i had a similar problem but mobo supports "auto select"(out of onboard VGA/PCIE) option from BIOS ...

first of all u need to tell us which BIOS is urs and whats is its version....usually its stated the first thing when u get the display on ur monitor ...only then we can look around and see if there is an update and it solves any problem...for u
