HP Laserjet P1007 - Income Tax watermark not printing

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate OS and HP Laserjet P1007.
I've installed the v8.0 drivers for the printer which seem to be the latest drivers available.
The ink toner is full.

The problem is, when I print the Income Tax Return Verification Form, the document prints without the Income Tax watermark.

I have tried tinkering with the settings but it's not helping.

Kindly help.

BTW, the file is a PDF file and I'm using Adobe Reader 10.1.3 to open & print the file.

In Adobe Acrobat X

Step 1: Open your document.

Step 2: Goto File ---> Print

Step 3: In the Dialog box that pops up, Goto the Advanced Tab [ below ]

Step 4: Put a tick on the last item : Print as Image ---> Click OK to close the dialog box.

Step 5: Click OK to print.

My printer has only "FastRes 600" & "FastRes 1200" Printing Quality modes.

Default is "FastRes 600".

Tried printing with "FastRes 1200" but did not work.

Some of the features enabled are "Print all text as black" & "REt".
Tried printing with those 2 disabled also but did not work.
