How to write DVD files from Hard Disc..

I have 3 different folders which includes dvd file's. namely vts_os1.vob....
i have the same name in 3 folders.....when i try to write, i can't......when i rename the file, it doesn't allow to write....

how can i write dvd files from the hard disc?

just u need to add the vob instead of the AVI
