how to view computers connected to same router

my friend has a tata broadband internet connection, he uses D-LINK DES-108D rooter to split the network and gives it to three computers. Now he wants to access all the three computers files from every computer. Now what should he do? he is using windows xp service pack 2. Although he goes to network places and see in the coloum of view work group computers it is not showing the computers hard disk partitions but the printer connected to the computer and shared documents.

frist thing is he should share the folder(right click and share). then go to control panel and then view networks there u find the shared files and folder. u can access the files and folders from any system.
