but i dont know how to use it using which software plz help

also i have rectified problem myself this logon theme requires logon studio

dunno much about it... never tried.. but i think it's got something to do with LogonXP and/or LogonUI software... do u have them installed?

try tune-up utilities and open and apply the file in tune-up styler
