How to use apps without using Mobile Network or WiFi (Via PC)?

Guys, Just as the heading suggests, can u please tell me how i can use android apps without using WiFi (Dont have it) or Mobile Network(Dont want to use it).

How should I get an app from the android market or any other good site onto my pc and then onto my SGS2??

Be sure to enable "unknown sources" on yous phone from settings menu

Basically you need to find an apk file for that application which you need to install. Then transfer that to your mobile and install.

Search for the app name followed by apk on 4shared.com

For example, "astro manager apk"
