how to unhide folders hidden by folder guard??

hi i installed folder gaurd on my pc.i have hidden some folders using it.
the problem is i don't remember the location of those folders.is there a way to see which folders i have hidden and where(this is important as i don't remember the location).

also how do i unhide all of them,is there a " unhide all" option in folder gaurd.
