How to Record online streaming radio ?

Hi,

I just wonder whether it could be possible to record online streaming radio, I used to listen a weekly podcast in this radio (*www.hit967.com/), some times i miss the show coz of my schedule, i would like to know is there any programme available which which grab the show from this station & stores into my system, so that i can hear it latter in the day ( its a 2 hrs show ).

Any help will be appriciated

Why dont you just use d free version of Realplayer ...you can easily record from online radio in dat...

I recommend audacity, its free, it doesnt have any ads, not much memory consumption, no flashy graphics, and you can edit what you record too, and does the job well.
