How to make files available online

I had my files on the office file server, how do i make them available offline on my office desktop.

I had these file available offline by default but, later i reoved available offline option, But now i see that they take a lot of time to load. Now I am not able to get those files available offline any more.


Pls help!

I needed to ask here to find that I can go to Tools > Folder Options > Offline Files and Check Enable Files Offline.
