How to import yahoo contacts to msn?

Hi guys
I recently installed the new version of windows live messenger which supports yahoo contacts for chats..i hav some contacts in yahoo which i wanna import to live messenger, how do i do this without copy-pasting each contact??

Go to yahoo mail>Options>Addressbook>Import/Export u can select the type of address book u want to download.
