How to get rid of searchfrombrowser.biz

I think my browser got hijacked or something

Now whenver i say entersome search query not a site addr in my browser then it takes me to searchfrombrowser.biz and uses it's search engine

earlier with gogle tool bar installed it used google search engine

HOW DO I GET GOOGLE TO WORK AGAIN

AND ONE MORE IMP POINT I GOT THIS CRAP FROM AUTOPATCHER SO B CAREFUL
it comes if u choose to install the newdotnet component of autopatcher
