how to extract image out of msword

hi everybody,
a friend of mine has sent letter in msword and it contain a picture also. i want that picture in jpg format. how to extract picture from msword.(i dont want screen shot)

Right click on picture, Select Copy, Paste in MSPaint & Save as JPG

Or

Save file as Web Page and you can find the images stored in a separate folder with same name as the html file

I prefer the second option as it takes care of all images in the file whereas in the first one its one image at a time.
