How to deal with temp file in window 7?

I'm naive user for windows 7 operating system and I don't have an idea how to deal with temp file? Please help me.

^Install & use CCleaner to remove temp files & junk data.

You don't have to do anything. Just install CCleaner and easily remove the junk.
