Re: how to convert to Hindi & 13 languages
OK Beyond all these responses from forum, I think i guess well what u want actually, you want "a font with phonetic keyboard layout placement for your INDIC ISCII-88 script letters which can be supported in to view Unicode viewer word processors" like windows XP have their own native support for East Asian Unicode Languages from that we can see Unicode text in notepad.exe or change in language support for some windows native programs like time or currency could be shown in INDIC text, although support from Microsoft is limited but we found more R&D levels happening here. you should see to CDAC these sites as they found & defined our INDIC script standards...
*www.cdac.in/html/gist/down/iscii_d.asp fill form & get pdf
*www.cdac.in/html/gist/products/iPlugin_uni.asp you can type by 4 ways inclusive of what you like
*www.cdac.in/HTML/gist/standard/unicode.asp
(beside this see these softwares CDAC's ileap, CDAC office,& iplugin)
you can also go for LOKSATTA FONT CD (Mumbai's regional newspaper make this) for RS. 250 issued before some years ago which contains some good font conversion utility, also shreelipi CD have some font standard conversion utilities...go & see what suits you better... but up to my extent I like all CDAC's best soft-wares & their solutions for my linguistic front. I thin I solved your problem briefly...keep finding...& keep using Indian languages..
