how to add blog to site

my web host is give me upload access from ftp
now i want to start blog on my site how i do that??????????

Although i havent tried 110mb but their site says

Otherwise you can download Wordpress and read its documentation on how to install or i am pretty sure, someone might have asked about it here

you can use some free script

but these all the script use sql to store database. u must have sql databse to run these script.
