You can get it for about Rs.59k (excluding taxes which would be around Rs.10k I guess)
So you can get it for Rs.69k then.. Still way too less than Rs.91k. Moreover, prices in store are always much lower than Dell online. This is my personal experience. They are lower by at least 2k-5k on every model.

I however couldn't find the 3-Yr Warranty offer (Only 1 Yr)....

So, I guess for a 1 Yr. old Lappy, 35-45k would be a good deal (IMHO) also depending on the condition of the laptop.
You wouldn't wanna spend 45k for a Scratched Laptop would you??
I'm not sure of the condition of his Lappy.

Theres a huge difference between 13" laptop models and 15" ones. 13" high end laptops are uber expensive.

Comparing the prices of a 13" and 15" laptop does not justify anything and is a false comparison.
