how is this config for gaming..

HEY GUYS...
Im upgrading my pc, well basically changing the whole thing,
here is the config.

Config 1 -

Processor

AMD Phenom II X3 720 - Rs 8100

M/B

ASUS M3N78-EH - Rs 4950

HDD

Seagate 500 gb ( 32mb buffer ) - Rs 3250

GPU

9600 GT - 512 mb DDR3 - Rs 6100

Ram
Total 4GB
2 GB DDR2(800) - 2 sticks - Rs 2400 in total

DVD RW

LG - Rs 1100

In config 2-
the only change would be that it would be a AMD X4 9650 - Rs 6950
Rest all would be the same..

Yeah, one more thing here in Pune the HD 4850 is selling for 9100 Rs..
is there any othr plce any one knows abt where i can get the card from..
And yes all suggestions are welcome....
Need suggestions for power supply..

Its pretty fine for medium High resolution gaming on currently available games.
And go for HD4850 if can extend your budget.

Don't settle anything less then ATI 4850 for gaming search hard you should get better price then what you are getting.For power supply I'm in the same league but somewhat shortlisted to these models.

1 Corsair VX450 Best performance under 500 watts around 4k covers your current specs including any single GPU.

2 Corsair VX550 Best performance under 600 watts around 5.5k covers your current specs plus good headroom for future upgrades.

3 Antec-EA 650 best VFM under 650 watts around 4.5k covers your current specs plus good headroom for future upgrades.

All these model are 80 plus certified.

Note :- PSU should be considered to stay with you at least for five years so push for the best you can afford.
