How do i get my BSNL modem to run ?

Help !!!
My broadband modem is hooked up all right but i just can't get it to connect
to the net
I use WIN XP

I just have to get it connect to the net
the hardware part has been installed correctly and so has been the drivers
but connection fails bcoz "the computer at the other end does not respond"

bcause it aint havin ne wheels, engine or anything sorta like dat..
The best way is to tie it to the bcak of any moving automobile.. and it'll really run then... betr way.. as the festive season is knocking at the door.. jus buy a rocket and tie it (modem) to it...

cal ur BSNL network admin.. or simply the person who came ovr 2 ur place to install it.. u may dial 1800 424 1600 and have a chat with da Customer Care Rep.

this is the safest way to resurrect ur modem.....

btw sumtimes it happens that BSNL ppl r working on their Servers.. may b updating them.. during those days u simply can t log in..
so first of all register a fault booking from the CVS.
