How DO I delete these .mov files ???

I've got lots of large size Quicktime .mov files, and I want to delete them... Every time I do so, the OS always prevents me from doing so and give me a warning as shown in the image here...
I've closed all the programs which may be using this file and yet the same thing happens... I really require the HDD sapce which is occupied by these files...
I needed space in one partition and moved a .mov file I wanted too keep to another partition... now both my partitions have got the file and the OS wont let me delete them !
Just How do I delete these ???

You can try and boot in from command/dos prompt. .then you can use delete files individually..

Upload the image somewhere else and post the link here.
You can try UNLOCKER, it must be able to remove these files.

hmmm... okie thnkx guys... will try unlocker n post the results in this thread...
btw also uninstalled the quicktime player, did not work and if I try to delete from dos window, the window hangs
