How Can i play downloaded games on my psx?

Right off the assembly line
I have just downloaded my first game via azureus. I downloaded Final Fantasy Tactics for psx and it was downloaded in a rar file which was composed of 3 files:
Final Fantasy Tactics.img;
Final Fantasy Tactics.sub;
Final Fantasy Tactics.ccd.
After downloading these files i have put them in a cd and i tried to play the game on my psx but it doesn't run. what can i do?
