Ho to take screen shots while installing OS?

Hi! How can we take screen shots while installing OS or while booting OS? I know the procedure to take SS after the windows loads. It is very simple. But don't know to capture the screen while booting . Kindly educate me..

Which os screenshots do u want to capture?

Only method I know is to run the Installation on a Virtual Machine (VMWare/VirtualPC) and then Take the Screenshots.
