hlp me 2 assemble gaming pc @ 36k

I have a 6yr old AMD system.........I need an upgrade!

What I want 2 do: surf net, edit in photoshop, watch VDO, AND PLAY GAMES HOW FAR POSSIBLE IN MY 36K BUDGET!

PLZ suggest me what to buy........plz try to give at least 2-3 options, bcoz I live in a small town & everything is not available here!


PLZ suggest: Motherboard, Monitor (min 19", HD if possible), CPU, GPU, RAM (4GB DDR3???), COOL CABINET & power supply, KEYBOARD & MOUSE (NEED NO WIRELESS), HDD (320 GB ENOUGH), have a DVD writer, No need of speakers.....have I missed something? PLZ include that tooo!!!

PLZ PLZ PLZ give me some quick suggestion. I have a week to discuss. I don't want to depend blindly on my vendor!

@Jaskanwar, where did you find 4Gb DDR3 for 5.1k? you ppls shock me sometimes.

Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli (without PSU) @ 1.2k

total: 30k. use old keyboard. done.
