hiding folder options tab in win xp

hi erveryone
plz anybody tell me how to hide the folder options tab from the tools menu, i know we can hide it from registry editor by creating a key
in -- [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
but i don't know the name of the key
so somebody plz post the name of the key
