I can't find any tabs for Applications - Processes - Performance - Network - User


There is no tab or Menu bar for Task Manager..

And Why there are Two System Icons in Control Panel

Double click on the borders of the task manager window. You will have to resize it to see the menu bar.

Can you post a bigger pic of the control panel?

both system links to the same thing? then I guess u cud delete one system.cpl applet

Use TweakUI 1.33 to safely remove that extra icon from control panel
