clear CMOS setting .. completely power off the pc, remove the psu cable, remove the CMOS battery and make use of the jumper to clear CMOS settings completely .. consult motherboard manul for proper instruction .. once done provide power to the pc again but instead of using the cabinet's power button turn on the system using the memok button.

there is small jumper on motherboard remove it and as you said power it up without using power button on cabinet.

now working on 1 RAM Stick. will do the scan as i get some time.
other things i noticed is that my windows may be corrupted as Task Manager and RegEdit are not working! so must be infected
going to do full format with different DVD. and let see how it goes. but i am still pretty sure one of the RAM sticks is corrupted.
as it shows RAM Address 01425somehex numbers not able to read it.

if possible do re-mount the cpu .. can't say for sure but sometime re-installing the cpu properly just fix memory related issues and run memtest86+ from a bootable CD .. it's better than windows default memory diagnostic tool.

called him and he send me new copy of it non-infected.

now working fine but had BSOD for like 3 times during rendering which was not that big render. it was 16 sec. video.

spent 60k LOL and i don't feel like i am using 8GB ram machine with 4GHZ proccy.

which/what type benchmark/software should i run to check the PC performance?

I don't remember exactly buy you did send me some MSDN keys, Right ? Well I've not used them so you may try and installing a copy of windows 7 does not need a SN - just install it as a trial version and activate later..

BTW, Did you scan the ram modules using memtest86+ from a bootable CD and Quick Heal is not a great piece of app .. if your pc passes the memtest86+ test do the following :

1. Download a iso trial version of win 7 and make a DVD to install windows.
2. Format your HDD completely and Install windows. ( don't connect to the net )
3. Donwload a Bootable iso version of Avira/AVG/Bit Defender .. make a bootable CD and scan your system ( whole HDD ) with it.

4. Download or obtain IBT**/PoV Ray/3DMark 13 and some other game benchmark tools from guru3d .. make sure they are virus free and install and run them.
OR
5. Download a linux distro such as stresslinux** ( make sure you have enough ventilation in the cabinet and know what you are doing ) and stress test your pc.

3. before i install anything else i downloaded Quick Heal Total Security latest one from their site around 350+MB

are 40+GB got from software vendor then did a full scan of all drives.

and now my soft-wares are working fine except the rendering process as i said got BSOD screen few times.

and i will do the benchmark thing using 3D Mark.

played COD4 demo and i started liking it and demo expired and now it doesn't shoot any bullet LOL.
and will post back with 3d benchmark software results.

now which software is that large ? 40+GB ? and Quick Heal is not a great piece of AV app .. you should have deleted all of the HDD partitions just to be sure there is not any malware left as some virus can hide them into partition table and viruses not only infect exe files but they can attach themselves with other files as well - most dangerous is the polymorphic virus they are very hard to detect. Anyway, do the needful just to be sure and run a couuple of system stress test/video encoding on the linux part.

Coming to the MSDN keys I think they work like retail keys and won't expire ( with your MSDN subscription ) unless someone else has used them but people with MSDN acc can give you a better answer on this.

@op; backup ALL of your important (just the important data), delete all the partitions, re-install windows 7 and run norton power fraser from safe mode.

i can't re-partition i have only 1 HDD 1TB Drive. 2 Drives C & D.
D is 750GB C is 200GB approx.
and my D drive is Full );
don't have any external drives or other backup devices.
so i can't del. anything from D drive.

40+GB is Edius with FX 10 & Projects.

so now picture is i have to arrane hdd to backup this things?
will remove quick heal today.
