upgrading my PC... confused between FX6300+gigabyte 930 ds3p

OR

Core i5 4440+ gigabyte h81

Also, please provide me the gigabyte h81 link if it is better

I am adding r9270x 2 gb oc Sapphire + and Corsair VS550 + Corsair vengance 4 gb

this is the options i have from the processor... not willing to spend more unless the difference is big between their performance

Ans: No yet... will see in the future

Ans: win 7

Ans: i will use the existing one

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:No, i will use my existing monitor 20 inches LG

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I just want GPU, mobo+CPU, ram, PSU

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: next week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:yes I have

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Delhi, buying from nehru place

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Please see the details I provided earlier and let me know if I should spend the extra amount on the mobo and cpu and is it more future proof..

Also please let me know of some cheaper and good shops in nehru place. One i have heard is SMC

asus m5a97 LE r2.0 - 5.5k / gigabyte 970a ds3p - 5.9k
kingston hyperx blu 4gb - 2.8k / corsair vengeance / gskill ripjawsx whichever cheaper.
gtx 750 -10k /gtx 750 ti - 12.8k. get from asus or zotac.
antec vp550p - 3.5k
cooler master elite 311- 2.3k (?)

h81 supports max 16gb ram. so, ur upgrade capabilities may be limited if u want to add more ram after 2-3 yrs.

skip that psu. get the suggested one.
get i5 if you wont compromise on other components.
get gigabyte b85m d3h for 5.5k for i5 4440.
