Help Needed-Configuration for a AMD PC

Hi All,
I am planning to buy a AMD PC assembled. I have zeroed it on to the followinf Config.My Budget is not more than 26,000.
Please Help me with this and tell me if the below said config is gud or shud i change anything.

Logitech Mouse - Optical PS2 - Black
Logitech KeyBoard - Multimedia PS2 - Black
ATX Cabinet/ 400W SMPS

I am Planning to take this PC by this Dec End.

I have a similar config rig that I bought about 6 months back...

GEFORCE MX 4000 AGP Card - Is the GeForce MX series not an old model? Perhaps you could go for a FX5200 or FX5700 if you want gaming or use Onboard graphics if you dont use heavy graphics software...

Mouse - I know Optical Mouse dont need to be cleaned, but the lower end optical mice that I have used (Logitech, Samsung) have a tendency to move suddenly to a corner... It could be due to dust or somthing but it is very irritating while playing games which need mouse... In this context, perhaps a PS/2 scroll mouse may be better...

Also, as vijay_7287 says, get a UPS.

Thanks guys . actually i am planning to buy UPS and Printer also.Which i have not included in my Config.
Also some say that i can take off this AGP card, since ASUS K8V-MX onboard graphic is ok.Can i add an AGP card later ???

I think u sholud go for Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ ~ Rs.5800
Motherboard: MSI RS 482M2 ~ Rs.4700 and GF 5200 FX card rest of ur choice it wont go beyond 26,000/- to 28,000/-

Go for a msi RS480 based mobo, 2k extra but PCI xpress and the onboard graphix is really good (for onboard that is )

Any one please suggest me if i can add a TV Tuner card with the above said config. Any entery level Card is ok.<2000K.
