Help me Urgent ! !!!

Hi frenz

i have a old sony vaio laptop model PCG-Z1GP.. since its recovery cd showed some error, i installed WINXP from ma OS cd, so now the problem is tht the audio, display and modem drivers doesnt install, is there anyway to identify the model n make of these parts n install the drivers independently? pls help.. the sony website doesnt provide any, they asking to install from recovery cd.. pls help me guys
