Help me to buy a decent smartphone under Rs 8000

I am looking for my first smartphone in the Market preferably running Android.
My priority is a good decent camera ,good web browsing.
Specifications : 320 x 480 resolution , 2MP or more,Android 2.3 or preferably ICS,Atleast 512 MB Internal Memory,512 Ram or more,800 Mhz or plus,GPU Optional and a good decent battery life.

Bro ! Its Internal memory is low Only 90 MB That is the only con in it otherwise I would have gone for it at the first glance.

I saw Xperia mini available on eBay for 8k few days ago.

However I suggest OP to increase budget and get live with Walkman

In around 11-12k there are quite good options(as you don't like Explorer), you can have a look at Sony Live With Walkman for 12-12.5k or HTC Wildfire S for 11k

Bro it has got a recent price drop. And if one can't extend his budget to 12.5k for LWW but can spend 10-11k then it is not a bad option I think but yes Explorer is a much better option considering its price is only 8k

Yes price has dropped to sub 11k level but processor is real old and i think Desire C is a spiritual successor to Wildfire S even if it packs almost similar hardware. Moreover Galaxy Ace wins over this as it packs bigger screen and slightly better cam (ace's pic quality is better than wildfire s) at exactly same price.

I think I should wait for Xperia Tipo although it din't performed very good on Antutu benchamark what I thought it can considering its spec. It even underperformed than Micromax A52 which is the one of the best smartphone under a price of 5k with every good performance.

Anyways I am waiting for the Micromax A100 which was launched yesterday for 9990 and is very good in specs plus ICS out of the box.Micromax is launching good products,I must say !
