HELP Installing GamePad : Plug n Play Feature

I recently bought an casual USB Gamepad which is PLUG n PLAY.It does'nt have any CD software.Whn i connect it with PC,my PC detects it,but it fails to find the drivers! So every time i run 'Find new hardware' programme,it search for drivers but failed I run Device Manager n here d GamePad is in yellow question mark...Plz help me why is it so...How to solve this :roll: I have WinXP SP2

Today one more problem occurs...I'm trying to connect GamePad n now my Nokia cable drivers r also get deleted itself I don't know how but this GamePad driving me nuts I deeply request to all DIGIT readers to HELP me out...THX IN ADVANCE

I've purchased it frm ebay site n it's model no. is USB-8828.It's MADE IN CHINA stuff.Here it's pic :-

Whn i connect this gamepad to my friend's PC,it get install in 'Game Controllers' in CONTROL PANNL automatically.But this does'nt happens in my PC We both have WinXP SP2 installed.
I REQUEST TO HELP ME OUT...THX 4 UR REPLY!!!
