Help in getting a new rig 50k max

Hey folks, firstly HAPPY NEW YEAR to all and that being said it's high time i change my already graying system.Though its a rough time for us geeks as $ is on its high, i am very much unsure and skeptical about it stabilizing any sooner

I plan on buying these as of now with a budget of aroung 47'ish:

INTEL core i5 2500k-13200
ASUS p8z68-v pro-13900
G-SKILL sniper 4x2 GB 1600's-3400
NZXT tempest evo mid tower-5500
Corsair H80 water cooler-5800
TOTAL:45k~at theitwares as i write period

PS:I don't need a GPU AND PSU as i recently got my GS 600 and ASUS GTX 560Ti DCII TOP
Also, is GS 600 enough to handle an oc'd 2500k + 560ti at loads? any suggestions are most welcome as i will act accordingly..i have no urgency in buying

The baove co0nfig is very good. Just get Gskill RipjawX 1600 MHz module instead of Sniper.

But both are cas 9 ...what is the difference ..if i were to buy a 2000 then ripjaws x is better..is ripjaws x low voltage or types?

Ripjaws x has only a different taller heatspreaders else both are same right?..X would cost a tad higher as is and since i am buying a liquid cooler, the obstruction issue(which ironically is in the case of afm air coolers like v9 or noctua or 212's is eliminated)

Specs wise both are same. But as per different forums, RipjawX is a better overclocker and has a better Heat sink compared to Sniper. Sniper is a low profile Ram from G skill.

ok, then gskill it is..yes, i like those heatspreaders but they kinda look uncool on z68 ..asus used a cheap blue colour design..wish all asus boards were red and black like ROG
