Repair your partition table with gparted live then.
Yea...I installed Testdisk on Ubuntu live session, it repaired Partition Table very good. It was possible for me to take back up from that. But No matter what I do, Windows let me keep earlier windows 7 C: drive intact and boot from that...even tried to install Windows 8 on a Blank Space and made it boot partition by testdisk still it wont let me boot from that. I guess if you make a corrupt win partition active in windows partition manager you are kinda forced to format that partition.
Even I tried
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /fixmbr
nt60
chkdsk /r
everyone of them operated successfully but it wont boot form newer windows 8 partition.
Even GParted in Ubuntu live session showed Windows 8 drive as only bootable section.
But
shows windows installation only available at corrupt windows partition.
So I took back up using Ubuntu Live and format necessary partitions , installed Windows 8 and the problem is solved.
Lots of thanks to everyone who tried to help this n00b out.Ciao

PS. Windows 8 is so confusing...every 5 seconds it feels a like stupid OS for a desktop without any touch input.
