1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:
Casual gaming, Auto CAD, Catai. Would be mostly doing the college work, rather than gaming.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:
30k +/- 5k. The less the merrier.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:
Not really.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:
Windows 7 Ultimate.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:
1TB at least.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:
Not necessary. Have 22" FHD monitor.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:
Planning on getting the whole cabinet. Would also need USB mouse and keyboard.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:
In a couple of days.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:
I have. Will be doing it myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:
Getting locally from a friend, who is a dealer. Just need to give him the config.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:
Thank you in advance. I personally like AMD because of the past experiences. Have a couple Phenom processors and they work quite exceptionally well. Not quite sure of present condition. I had ASUS+AMD phenom combo that came in with nVidia 8300 graphics card included. That was enough for me last 3 years. So, if such kind of combo is still available with included graphics card, it will save alot of money.

MSI R7750 - 6.8k or MSI R7770-PMD1GD5 - 8.1k
NZXT source 210 elite - 2.6k
Logitech MK200 - 0.7k

GCN based radeon cards are good on compute.HD7750 is an entry level GCN based card which offers a decent gaming performance.
Workstation cards like amd firepro v4800 would be much faster in CAD,Catia than gaming cards.
