if you go with i5 4670K, then get asus Z87A for 11.5k. stay away from msi right now.
stay away from corsair 200r. get antec gx700. corsair 300r is good.
get wd hdd only. seagate rma is very bad. get either wd black or blue.

I'll give it a shot.Still I don't think my TDF profile is that honorable to enter bazzar Section .Thanks for suggestions I might look up for what ever you said . Your suggestions were really helpful thanks for it once again .

You should sell your current monitor which will fetch another 4-5k:

FX 8350 (13000)
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 (8100)
Kingston HyperX Blu 1600 MHz 4 GB (2500)
Seasonic S12II 520W (4200)
WD Blue 1 TB (4100)
Samsung 840 128 GB SSD (7000)
Antec gX700 (4000)
Dell S2240L (8800)

total: 51700.

If you buy the pc after selling monitor and gpu, you can skip the ssd and invest all the remaining cash plus the money fetched from selling gpu and monitor in a powerful new graphic card. Later you will be left with fewer cash.

That's too good but SSD is not primary focus as this is initial build which i would be upgrading gradually .I understand selling gpu an monitor would be totally great but I really wanna make a quick purchase and selling these would take time.So please suggest me a quite a good frame work build I prefer Intel processor's over Amd (I know Amd vs Intel thing debate would end up with world war 4 ) :p .Thanks for suggesting would prefer selling led for now so keeping that in mind budget drops by 4-5k .Please suggest me a rig in 45 k

I added an SSD just because cash was left from the 50k budget. SO you'll be selling the monitor right now but will continue using HD7770 for some time? Keep in mind that AMD processors (other than APUs) do not have integrated graphics. You will need a graphic card ti get display. If you get an AMD rig, you'll have to get a new graphic card right at the time of selling your HD7770. You have two options:

Option 1:

FX 8350 (13000)
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 (8100)
Kingston HyperX Blu 1600 MHz 4 GB (2500)
Seasonic S12II 520W (4200)
WD Blue 1 TB (4100)
Antec gX700 (4000)
Dell S2240L (8800)

total: 44,700

Option 2:

i5 4570 (14000)
Asus B85M-G (6500)
Kingston HyperX Blu 1600 MHz 4 GB (2500)
Seasonic S12II 520W (4200)
WD Blue 1 TB (4100)
Antec gX700 (4000)
Dell S2240L (8800)

total: 44,100

> option 1 is overclockable whereas option is not.
> Gaming performance is slightly better in option 2, but all other apps you've mentioned performed much better in option 1.

I recommend option 1 for better performance, overclockability and upgradibility.
