Headphones at 4K For Movies And Gaming

I need to buy a headphone mainly for watching movies and Gaming. My budget is 4k.
Can I get any headphone that can emulate 5.1 sound decently at this price range? I don't have a separate sound card.My motherboard is Asus Maximus V Gene.
