HDMI LED monitor. > 20inches

Looking for a LED Monitor - Full HD - with HDMI port. Open for size options but definitely above then 20 inches.
Brands looking - LG, Samsung, Benq, Acer, AOC and Dell some models (No to HP and viewsonic etc.)
Budget max 12k.

Any recommendations guys. Any first hand reviews with Benq LED monitors..

Response Time(Tr+Tf) typ. 16ms, 4ms GTG

BTW, another option is Dell S2240L @ 9.1K which is based on IPS panel. For response time, anything equal or lower than 8ms is okay and most of today's monitor come with that. GTG means Gray to Gray.
