I am still quite concerned about their Green drives (myself owing 3 of them, one 2tb RMAed within 6 months), given their chequered past. But as long as they provide exemplary service, little to complain.

well filed a rma with wd on friday they picked up the hdd on saturday on monday they confirmed they got the hdd. now today they emailed they have already.dispatched.a new model of hdd via courier. waiting for the new hdd to arrive now. P

Update: Just now received the new hdd properly packed. Good rma service

that's not only good, but great rma service. One can't ask anything more..
