HD 7850 from Dubai / US

My brother in law is going to visit the US with a stopover at Dubai. Where would an HD 7850 be cheaper, and which company should I ask him to get - Sapphire?

I'm also thinking of getting a Kindle; have opened a thread in the tablets section as well.

I don't think any manufacturer provides intentional warranty on graphic cards.

Whichever companie's card you get, check if they provide international warranty.
No company here supports international warranty. I think maybe only EVGA does that, and there's no official presence of EVGA. If they did, it would be upto the distributors/service centre whether or not they will support it.

Don't buy GCs from Dubai. It will work out to be a lot more expensive. Buy from U.S. if you want to but honestly if the price gap is nothing really big why not stick to buying from here instead if you want warranty support?

+1, since the rise of the ruppee, there hasnt been much difference in the prices in electronics from abroad except for the really high end stuff like anything priced over 600$. For saving 2-3k its much better to spend that extra 2k here and have peace of mind about warranty.
