Hey guys

Wanna sell my Sapphire HD 5750 graphics card. First thing i wanna say is It overclocks like a beast. Think a got a good model. In summer now im running it at 850/1300 clocks.. Winter ran it at 860/1350.. Runs cool and outperforms 5770 at these setting easily.. Bought the card in Jan 2010. Still have the box.

Price : Rs 5750!

then you should price it around 4-4.5k shipped assuming you have 1+ years warranty left!

^^ why dont both of u register there..add item to ur cart and see final price with taxes+shipping+payment gateway charges? Also confirm with your retailers..Thought people in digit forum are smarter than this..

Also.. are you guys even interested in it?

Nope, but we just want these two things:

1. Everybody should buy whatever they buy at a fair price.

2. You shouldn't be able to hide market rates.

3. You should get a quick sale at a reasonable rate.

so basically @OP thinks to quote an inflated price without considering the current market prices....

those oblivious or negligent might get a pricey bargain and the seller will profit obviously if it is a one on one discussion at last......quote decent rates which is fair to both parties and agreeable too....

p>S:second hand cards after 1-2 yrs are of no value in the market.......so was the case when i went to resale my year old card...the dealer from where i bought said it is worth 1-1.5k........so here in these forums people are able to sell there products for very decent rates......also resale value of graphic cards,ram,HDD is not even 30% of market value....people tend to quote >50% here....

The price of a second hand card with warranty is ideally btw 45-70% of its current market value if you sell on forums or on ebay. Dealers pay much less because they need to make a 100-200% margin on second hand stuff.

Mods pls close this thread.. Decided not to sell the card.. wanted to buy it for crysis2.. But the game runs fine at fll hd on very high with a few tweaks @ 40fps

Now that is an obvious and a really cheap lie.

On my Core i7 + 6970 I get around 45-55 FPS at full HD in Crysis 2 Hardcore 0x AA.
On my 5850 I needed to reduce the rez by at least a notch or two to get comparable performance, and a 5750 won't give more than half the FPS of a 5850.

So he probably gets around 10 FPS without tweaks and about 20 FPS with tweaks :p
