^^No offence to you but are you completely jobless?
Bro I do get 40 on my system at very high with msaa disabled and only laplace edge add, no ssao, fov_draw distance 50, bloom and hdr at 0.1.. Phenom x6 1090t@3.8 ghz and 5750 @ 850/1300.. Also have a custom profile enabled in CCC for crysis 2
