HCL Infinity Powerlite 9200 laptop fan not working

hi all,

I have HCL Infinity Powerlite 9200 laptop, for past two weeks my system started to hang suddenly it would happen at any time, one of my friends suggested me to open bottom lid and see if their was any problem with ram or processor. I discovered that the exhaust fan for processor is not working, when I press power button their is very small jerk and fan does not start.
I live in rural city and closest HCL service center is about 200 KM from my city, is their anywhere on net that I can purchase fan for my laptop, or is their any way I can replace fan motor and try to fix the fan. please help

You cannot replace the fan by yourself without having all the necessary tools. I would suggest if the laptop still under warranty take it to the shop. 200KM is too much I know, but whenever you are making trip to the city, just take the lappy along.
