Has the prices of C2D again increased?

That ad shows the pc having a 945 board, and only 256MB of RAM and and an 80GB HDD...so. Its kind of tricking the public.

Reminds me of this guy who bought a quad core system with 1GB DDR533Mhz transcend RAM and a 2MB cache 120GB HDD....

Does any one know where to get the Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 and Corsair XMS DDR2 800 Memory(Transcend will also do) in Bangalore? What the apporximate prices at Bangalore?

Also need the price and dealer in Bangalore for Viewsonic 22'' widescreen LCD monitor(The one without the ipod dock). What about Dell monitors(same type)?

Guys no one other than the Distri's stock anything as C2D prices fluctuate on daily basis 50-100 Rs. here n there infact i was checking C2D pricing a lot last week but was getting anything the distri did not have the stock with the prices on them so the whole lamington road was'nt selling a single C2D for 3 odd days...after that www.theitwares.com and the whole lamington road got the prices but still if you visit lamington sometime just concentrate as soon as you ask for a configuration they'll start calling the Distri's in lamington with their intercom asking for todays pricing and will charge some commision on it and sell it to you its basically trading outhere and everywhere.

@ Sukhdeep where can you get E6600 for Rs. 8800 in INDIA.

Dude just check the prices with the local dealers first and then confirm it over here by saying E6600 is for Rs. 8800 you are just misleading people as they would go expecting Rs. 8800/- price which they'll never get in India right now tat may happen after Intel launches some more high end proccy's better than C2D's.

Its not jhoota dilasa Problem with India is that none will quote new prices unless they are able to clear old stock which they bought at Rs 15000+.

In Every city, few people have stock and rest all assemblers get from them and add their profit margin and sell.

As for www.theitwares.com, the prices are slightly on higher side there aswell. As i said, he too didnt had new processors in stock and just posted "expected prices" on his website.

As the post says "OOS : Out of Stock". International Prices of Intel Processors dont wary much so you can expect drop in prices after speculation in Indian Market is over

It is already selling for around Rs 8800 in US markets and International prices are same in US and India. It wont take much time for prices to come down in India in a few weeks i bet

and think again, after taking the internatinoal import taxes/duties the price may be the same as in India

As for your answer, Processor Prices are almost same in India because there are no Duties leived on Processors Parts by Government of India considering they are Vital part of a computer and its a Government Incentive to Boost Computer usage in India

As i said, you wont see any changes in Processor Prices at the moment...Its called Market Speculation. Give it a few weeks and you will see what i am talkin about

I still dont think there is issue with New Core 2 Duo processors. Why would Intel do it in the first place. Its just old human nature, to give themselves Dilasa by saying bakwas hain This is what people who recently bought E6600 at high prices saying to themselves and making rumours.

Just "maan ki shanti" The other day, i lost my wallet and my mother would help me by saying "puraaana karaz hoga beta uttar gaya" HAHA

The only thing is i checked twice reagrding this with Prime ABGB Mumbai - Lamington Rd infact i did it yesterday itself but they said 13350/- and then www.theitwares.com was also selling it for 13300/- so then became quite sure abt it.

Tatzy was saying that its not possible for it to be selling at 11K now.

Anyways i'd love to see E6600 selling for 8800/-

Imagine what would happen to P4 , Dual Core may be they'll sell for 1-2 K

are you from Kolkata ?? and yes they are really selling it at that price.. any shop around Chandi market is selling C2D E6600 (@ 2.4GHz) in between 10900 to 11600 the place where we take all hardware quoted me 11000/- i trust them .. therefore quoted that price... but some others (unknow shops to me) quoted 10900/- to but as i never bought from them therefore i didnt write their price here at Digit

Imagine what would happen to P4 , Dual Core may be they'll sell for 1-2 K

before that we may see Pentium D procy are out of market

regarding TheItWares.com , many of their customers where at Forum wrote that they put some extra 1/1.5k while writing the price at their web stie, so expect a 1.5k less when u actually buy on hand from their shop

i have some q's guys now theitwares rates are they genuine i wanted the E6320 whic is abt 8575 and it more expensive at the dealers at lamingtom.Now are these prices genuine. even foe th P5B delux hes(itwares) sellling it for 10.2k and in lamington i had the best price i cld get was 12k.

Now can some one tell me whether the p5b dlx hes(itwares) selling is w/o wifi if no thn how much is the mobo w/o wifi and where to get it from

The 10200 quoted there for P5B Deluxe is NOT wi/fi, furthermore, itwares does not have any P5B's in stock at the moment, no model, wi/fi, non wi/fi or whatever....... they have none at the moment

Guys....almost a month back i read a news says that there will be a C2Duo with 1333MHZ FSB & model will be X6850 (45nm)which will be a dual core version with a price tag of $266.Yes u heard it right The butt kicker of X6800 with almost 75% less in price.

I checked the price for C2D 6600 today again in Mumbai its at 12750/- is this price correct looking at the above posts i thnk my dealer is ripping me Off!! anyways this is the price in mumbai i got so is there anyone over here from Mumbai who can confirm the price for E6600 from some dealer in Mumbai...just checked www.theitwares.com they have reduced the price for E6600 today still quoting 12600/- now ...i guess i'll have to get my stuff from kolkatta now... ; )
