Hey guys! Just today when I started my pc my autoupdator notified me that there are new updates avilable to download the total size of these update was about 5.00MB so I decided to download these update through microsoft's website and I got this...

Now my question is should I download this because I am using a pirated copy of WindowsXP Professional Service Pack2 If I download it will I be able to download updates from website? Please help me.

You can do one thing...
Download and install the update. Then in internet explorer, go to
Tools --> Manage Add-ons
Here disable the "Windows Genuine Advantage".

Depends on how good the key was when u installed the sp2. Most of the illegal copies of forum members was able to brave the validation tool. Search the forum for pirated xp.

If you use a product key which has been identified by Microsoft as pirated then i think u may face problems.

Well if you dont download it, you cannot get any more updates. If you do, chances are you cannot get anymore updates. Y not try it and see ???

the question is r we suppose to encourage Piracy by telling or giving ways to forum members bout how to bypass the tools from microsoft?? as forum rules says no supprot for Piracy or No place for piracy here... but then why this post pops up... some reply also comes with ways to do it...

hmm... here in this post... so far.. i didnt find any post doing that... but i am still asking this...

-- Install original copy of Windows and update whatever you like without any problems.
or
-- Plz dont start ask how to bypass them and other ways for the same.
