GTX 760 or AMD HD 9000 series (whenever it's launched)?

moltenskull

Journeyman
Current GPU - Sapphire HD 6850.
System Configuration - AMD FX 8350 Black Edition / 16 GB G.Skill RipjawsX / ASRock 970 Extreme 4 / Corsair TX 850 V2.
What I am planning to go for - MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozr II / Zotac GTX 760 AMP! Edition. From Flipkart.(whenever the MSI is in stock)
What confuses me - AMD's plans of HD 9000 Series.Which according to the latest web Reports ,is to be launched in October.
Reasons for looking at new GPUs - My 6850 Bottlenecks my FX.GPU Usage is at 99% in any game while CPU usage varies. It also causes games to crash ,with BCCode 141,which Googling says is due to Bad Vram..
Usage - Gaming ,mainly but not limited to it.
Budget - 20,000 Rupees,extendable to 23,000 Rupees.
Other notes -
1) I did not have to contact Sapphire at any time during the last two years I owned my 6850.So,I would prefer the same trouble free experience.
2) I have no local experience about either MSI or Zotac and sitewise, would prefer Flipkart .
3) My Motherboard has a PCI-E x16 v2.0 slot.Will a v3.0 Card be compatible?
4) I am not planning to sell my 6850 .
5) What I am confused about is ,should I wait for AMD's HD 9000 Series and continue with my HD 6850 ,which is already crashing in games ,or go for NVIDIA's GTX 760 of an unfamiliar brand?
6) I am not planning to change my GPU for the next two years.

Any help would be much appreciated.
