GTX 460 needed

Hey guys....I am new to this so please help
I need a gtx 460 gpu for my pc..Gigabyte H55M-S2V 4 gb ram and win 7 64 bit.
will it work on my pc. I just have a 300 w psu..So suggest a good psu for running that card..Any other suggestions for a graphics card would also do :razz: :-?

Nvidia GTX460 is a old card, don't consider it now.Better alternates are there, but before that i like to know your budget for both gpu and psu.

As long as there is a PCI-e slot on your mobo, the GPU will work. But your current PSU will not be enough for the GPU.

For that you will have to buy a new PSU. I guess a 550W PSU will be enough.

Pro:Intel i3 540
Mobo: Gigabyte H55M-S2v
Ram-4 gb dynet (3.54 usable)please suggest to fully use thjis ram
Psu:Technos Px-300


I have the budjet of 7000+1500 (gpu+psu).I live in Nepal and ati is not availabe the gtx 460 is 2 gb for that cheap

The Psu available here are , goldkist 550 watts , zealtech 550 watts ....thats it only 2 available for 550 watts and others are 400 watts. So which one to buy..thnx
